Oversee vendors load-in and set up
Oversee vendor commitments and responsibilities
Oversee layout and design of event space
Coordinate program with DJ and/or musicians
Coordinate music with DJ and/or musicians
Coordinate vendors’ meals and break times
Set up and collect personal items
Troubleshoot and manage emergency situations
Event day emergency kit
Distribute any final payments and gratuities
Oversee end of event tear down, clean up, and load-out
